This platform supports project review, investment mandate intake and relationship introductions. Access does not create an investment advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, financing or representation relationship. Any engagement, scope or compensation requires a separate written agreement.
Your submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and your authority to provide it. Identify assumptions, estimates and unresolved risks. Do not misrepresent sponsor experience, commitments, licensing, ownership or expected returns. HL may request clarification, decline or withdraw a review.
Introductions
Potential fit reflects stated criteria and limited available information. It is not due diligence approval or an investment recommendation. Counterparties must make independent decisions, verify representations and obtain the professional advice appropriate to a transaction. HL does not guarantee financing, investor participation or outcomes.
Confidential information
Use information received only to evaluate the requested relationship. Do not redistribute confidential records or contact details without authorization. An introduction does not grant access to uploaded documents; any further sharing is arranged separately. We will follow up to request supporting documents after your submission.
Risk and regulated activities
Alternative investments can be illiquid and may result in loss of capital. This website does not offer securities or accept investment funds. Regulated activities, when applicable, must be handled under the appropriate authorization and separate documentation. No license, registration or exemption is represented by access to this platform.
