How the economics are intended to work
The sponsor brings a project and execution team. A capital partner considers equity exposure within its mandate. HL supports preparation, relationship development and alignment between the two.
Our proposed engagement model is sponsor-side participation in GP carry for an agreed investor-relations role, with potential compensation arising from project economics rather than a fee for making an introduction. GP carry is a share of sponsor profits under the project’s agreed distribution terms; it is not guaranteed income.
The role, compensation, conflicts and any regulatory requirements must be reviewed for each engagement and set out in written agreements before work begins. Describing this model does not establish regulatory approval or an exemption.
Relationship governance
Information stays within your submission and the HL review team. A prospective partner sees a limited summary when HL proposes an introduction. Contact details are released only after both parties accept. We will follow up to request supporting documents after your submission. Uploaded documents remain restricted to authorized HL reviewers.
Potential fit is explained using the criteria you supplied. A fit indicator is a routing aid, not a prediction of returns, a recommendation or an assurance that a deal has passed diligence.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering and an MBA from Georgia Institute of Technology’s Scheller College of Business, with a focus on strategy, finance and entrepreneurship. His work spans enterprise architecture, digital transformation, portfolio governance, data analytics and executive decision frameworks.
Hari also brings 8+ years of entrepreneurial and real estate experience, including commercial multifamily investing, underwriting, capital allocation and deal execution. He applies a disciplined, first-principles approach to efficiency, risk and long-term value creation.
